Land Training



Bilston Swimming Club currently offers four land training sessions per week. Two of these take place at the South West Bilston Academy (adjacent to the Bert Williams Pool) and are run by Mitch Page. Swimmers in the senior and junior performance groups can access two land training sessions: Tuesday 6pm - 6.45pm and Fridays 6pm to 6.45pm. We also run two land based sessions on poolside on Thursdays (7pm) and Fridays (9pm). These are led by Luke Trout.

During land training, swimmers will work on improving flexibility, core stability and basic strength and conditioning exercises.
